MonBan
Matteo Bisol’s project, MonBan launched in 2020, stems from a desire to return to tradition by going beyond Prosecco ‘dominated’ by oenology. A ‘still’ wine (without bubbles) and a ‘colfondo’ re-fermented with must from the following harvest, both unfiltered. Wine made with respect for nature, low alcohol content, natural methods and wine tourism as an opportunity for direct contact with consumers.
