Guardia Grande

Sardinia is a “continent” in miniature, which you are fascinated by, fall in love with and feel you have to respect. In this genuine place, where the beauty is overwhelming and everyone is immersed in their own time, this new winegrowing project comes to life. We are in Guardia Grande, in the province of Alghero, on the north-western coast of Sardinia, in an area that has remained unspoilt, coloured by a brick-red clay soil. Podere Guardia Grande produces Vermentino, Cannonau di Sardegna and Cagnulari, or Alghero Cagnulari, an indigenous red grape variety typical of the restricted area in the north-west of the province of Sassari.
